Is not average height at Stoke is 1.90 ? Also , Even though Stoke is trying to change their style of football they are still playing rough rugby football when they need results . Usually playing long balls hoping on of their big giants will slide into net . Midfield is not very creative at stoke and Guidetti may suffer goal drought . I think it is a bad move .

Oh Marcus.. We all love Stoke for their amazing defensive football which i admire them for. Though of course it makes it a little hard to score. However if you would have actually watched Stoke this season you would have known that they don't really play in that 10 man behind the ball style any longer. And their midfield isnt creative? Stephen Ireland is a splendid creator and Charlie Adam can deliver some quality balls as well.

Stephen Ireland and Charlie Adam have 1 assist each . .... Peter Crouch has 4 assists and less goals than both of the previous ones combined ... That means Peter Crouch has to drop back to get ball and their defensive style has not fully transformed into offensive and creative style. They don't fee striker with balls and Crouch suffers . When they need to pull results they still play their rugby 10 man behind the ball game . Amean as longest it works for them .

He would be much happier in Holland scoring goals. He will be bored quickly in Stoke on Trent. I know it's only a loan but still... Stoke is far from his actual level. Tottenham should have their eyes on him, this is the man imo they need to get out of their crisis..
John Guidetti has joined Stoke City on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old Swede has only made one appearance for the Blues so far but spent a successful spell on loan with Feyenoord during the 2011/12 campaign, scoring 20 goals in 23 games for the Eredivisie side.
Prior to that, Guidetti was on loan for a month at Burnley in late 2010.
Signed as a 16-year-old in 2007 by Sven-Goran Eriksson, Guidetti spent much of last season sidelined by injury problems, but the striker will now look to prove his worth at the Britannia Stadium where he joins former City midfielder Stephen Ireland and manager Mark Hughes.
He has agreed a deal with the Potters that will expire on 30 June, 2014. We will keep you informed of Guidetti's progress in our Loan Watch series.
Hope it works well for him, looks I will have to watch Stoke city games from now on.
