@DonAndres, just because his parents are Albanian doesn't make him Albanian in full. I think he should play for Bulgium, since it is where he was born and raised.

I think he'll choose Albania because that's what he wanted before.

Belgium or England would be the best choices to play the world cup (Belgium need 1 point in 2 game, I cross my fingers). But we already have a lot of players playing at this position in the belgian national team, so he's likely to remain on the bench.

If he ever wanted to win anything, or remotly be contesting a trophy, belgium would be his best option, nut he'll probably choose albania. I wonder if he'll be given the number 11 shirt when giggs retires.

Its not always about winning trophies. Some people identify with their native country more than their place of birth. Look at Pierre Aubameyang, he was born in and eligible to play for France but he chose to play for Gabon, his native country. Surely he had a better chance of winning something with France.

Also, its not like Januzaj would stroll into the Belgium team, they have Hazard and De Bruyne on the wings, both of whom are still very young and better players than him at the moment. As well as Zakaria Bakkali who is the same age as him and is being touted as the next biggest Belgian player.

Januzaj cannot represent England as a resident, but I doubt he wanted to anyway. Apparently he has never represented Belgium in a youth side because of his desire to represent Albania. It has to be Albania or Belgium.
