They have a Huge progression marge, healthy competition, no ego wars. The next team who would make Madrid drop points in the league would win my heart :) Very impressive.

at first i thought james was going to be a flop, but he's not. ;-(
Madrid's 80 Million Euro purchase from Monaco seems to be fitting in better and sooner than anyone had hoped. Personally, I didn't believe James would be so outstanding so quickly. He has showed his true colors as a Galactico within the space of 2-3 months. His most recent double and assist against Cornella showcased his talent at its finest when he is at the center of the stage.
Credit has to be given to Ancelotti of course. He literally plays with 3 attacking-midfielders who focus on play-making, but has changed his system into a flowing, possession and counter-attacking based style of football, with all three of Kroos, James, and Modric excelling (at the expense of Bale, of course). However, James had come in with extremely high expectations. He was expected to replicate his immensely successful World Cup campaign, and to replicate the form of Angel di Maria, who had just left Madrid as one of the best and most unique midfielders in the world.
So far, James has improved significantly. His talent was never in doubt, it was his ability to adapt. He has successfully changed his defensive contributions tremendously, and is an excellent goalscorer and play-maker. He has 9 goals and 9 assists so far in 23 appearances. Only two other players in Europe have more than 9 goals and 9 assists to their name. Who are they? Ronaldo and Messi.
James' excellent performances should garner plenty of attention. While you have Hazard making defenders trip heads-over-heels, Neymar scoring his fair share of goals, Pogba dominating Serie A midfields, and De Gea making last-ditch saves, James Rodriguez continues to shine in a team full of superstars.
