I saw that comment too, haha.
Maybe in a few years. I don't think he's ready just yet.

Stay in Arsenal, football world needs balance and healthy competition. Beside, If Wenger is not too naive and Arsenal fires their physical doctors' asses (too many injury consistently), Arsenal's football is the closet one to good tiki_taka. Ramsey should be fine there
I think him and Muller are somehow similar. They both never stop running, they're both great finishers, and they both have incredible yet unconventional technique. I think Ramsey would be good for tiki taka, but he would be even better in a team like madrid who plays with attacks fast as lightning. He is a great passer, but he is a very direct player. Tiki taka could be a little too slow to his liking.

I'm starting to LOVE Ramsey
So I was watching a video of Ramsey vs Hull city on youtube and when I read the comments I saw one that caught my eye.
"come to bayern o_O"
Now I never want this to happen, EVER. But doesn't Ramsey fit in perfectly in Bayern? Isn't he a player built for tiki taka? He has all the needed qualities.
He closes down opponents, runs tirelessly all match long, is a great passer and is even better at running without the ball. His finishing is just the icing on the cake; I think teams who play tiki taka need to have good finishing all around the team.
