I don't think that it's a mistake by the player who shot it from own half. It's totally mistake by the goalkeeper. I agree with you.

Nah dude I don't think it's allowed to shoot at the goal/toward a teammate when giving the ball back...
Fair play to the team. But if it was up to them they could have taken the lead, it's the goalkeepers fault...
@Zakzook, it wasn't to a teammate, it was to the opposition...
Depends. If that initial shot was because of a drop ball due to an injury on the other team, then it's fair play. BUT if it was just a dead ball situation (free kick), then letting in a goal was unnecessary.
@Heisinburg, Zakzook said AT THE GOAL/toward a teammate, meaning either or.
Are fair play rules even set on paper?
It was actually a ball drop because of an injury or something like that like Dynast said, the usual fair play when they return the ball or throw it away. This went wrong and it was a great sign of fair play from the red team.
Something that I found funny is the fact players are not used to this situation and even dough they knew they were going to be allowed to score freely and the other team knew the were going to allow that the scorer took it a little to far with the dribbles and speed boost, kicking the ball towards the defender and stuff... the goalie also kind of tried to stop the striker... This was weird but it was very nice fair play in the end.
ah right, my bad, thanks for that, ikoiko.
Anyways, sorry guys, I posted the video WITHOUT having to read the description of it. It seems that the ball was meant to be kicked back to the GK, but amazingly went through the net, LOL. Fair play, indeed.
I just stumbled upon this video the other day, and thought whether or not it\\\'s considered fair. Have a look.
Personally, I don\\\'t think it should be considered \\\'fair play\\\', but judging by the number of \\\'Likes\\\' of this video, I guess people do consider it 'fair'.
But wtf....I don't even....iejh ierhvwkm;oecgvs
