Well yeah he is in talk with QPR, but nothing is official yet. Don't believe Wikipedia during the Transfer Window :) I went on Falcao page earlier today, it was said that he joined Chelsea on 28th August and will be given a No. 20 Jersey. LOL. Or earlier in the Summer, same thing with Maicon, also a "Chelsea" player and also I think Hulk was a "Chelsea" player. 

but stuff about Cesar is true at least, but he's not a QPR player yet, officially.
