Not wanting to play devil advocat, but I'm guessing the people working in that journal are white as its a fact white people have harder time to differentiate black people. But even with that, its a big fail from them and its a very good thing they excused themselve afterward. Should alway double check your source when posting an article. :(
Everyone purposely mixes up Lukaku and Stormzy for the fun of it because they look similar, so it was only going to be a matter of time until someone gets fooled by the jokes and actually mixes up the two of them.
