Iraq is one of the best National Teams in Asia. And they have an amazing young talent wich will promise us Iraqi's that we will rise very high in the future. Yesterday the U-22 team won the Asian Cup U-22. They played 6 matches in a row and won them all. Zenit and Monaco are scouting and they are very interested in many Iraqi players.

@tdot , Sumerians (old Arabs from South-Iraq) also are people from Mesopotamia. Yes Iraq is mixed with Arabs , Kurds , Assyrians , Chaldeans , Armenians and Greeks.

@tiki , Yes offcourse Iraq has many many talents. And ive been to Iraq a couple of months ago its safe now but in the future it will be more safely so that we can host tournaments with amazing stadiums in our country. Football kills war ;)

@tdot , Well there arent many Assyrian or Chaldean players in the Iraqi squads. 90% are Arabic and 10% is Kurdish. There is one striker called Justin Meram he is a couple months called-up for the Iraqi NT. He is Chaldean and he is born and raised in America , but he still loves his home country ;)
