Honestly, I'd work under this man any day of the week. He's extremely understanding and strict at the same time, and is a footballing and managing genius. When he first came to Bayern, I was wondering exactly what everyone else was. "Why is this guy trying to fix what's not broken?". But it turns out he didn't want to "improve" Bayern from when they were under Heynckes. He wants to change their style completely, to something more of his style. A Bavarian-Catalan mixture. It may not have started off all that brilliantly, but would we have expected any manager to make an instantaneous impact from where Heynckes left off? Hardly. Guardiola is a f**king genius, and he's basically given the Bayern players a new challenge, and seeing whether they are up to it or not.

Thats so sick for a Barça fan to watch this :)

Although he never implemeted a particularly entertaining style of play in his spell with Barca, I've got big respect for people like him. It never suprised me how Barca managed to win as much as they did under this man; he's a strict, crazy motherfcker, and the crazy motherfckers always win the war.

Villanova was great and Martino is a damn mastermind, but Guardiola started our revolution and he changed our team.. even if we win every title this year im still gonna miss guardiola, even now 2 years after he departed i still feel like the touchline is missing someone. Bayern are damn lucky.
