So at the beginning of this summer, Arsene Wenger had supposedly been given 70 M Pounds to spend on players. So far, he's spend....... nil. Credit to him for offloading Gervinho though. The 19 other clubs in the PL will sorely miss Gervinho's presence. Get it? "Miss".

So if you were Arsene Wenger this summer (assuming Sanogo is already in your squad), who would you spend it on? Oh, and you're not allowed to "sell" players to make profits. You can only invest. So you may use transfermarkt to accurately display prices.

Well, if you're looking for Lewa, you can't buy him. It would've been realistically impossible for Wenger to bring Lewa to Arsenal at the beginning of the summer, so I guess we should abide by those rules as well. Players who are "one-club" players like Totti and Casillas shouldn't be purchased either.

Coentrao? Err.... I'd be cautious about that one mate. Gibbs is really promising, and they recently bought Monreal as well (who is a brilliant LB for those who don't know). 3 high quality LB's isn't going to turn out very well for the Gunners. Perhaps you would want to edit that? Or would you prefer to stick with your original choice?
