Are the current Barcelona players allowed to leave during the transfer ban or do they have to stay until January 2016?

Barça players are allowed to leave, but none is allowed to come until January 2016, that means that if Barça wants to sign from a CL team, since the player can only play CL with one team, that means that no big reinforcement will come until next year.
I hope some players will get upgraded and those already like Sergi Roberto or Rafinha get more involved in the big games, nobody is leaving maybe Douglas or Montoya eventually, but Alves and Pedro are staying...

I hope Barça does not sign Pogba, his price and wages demands are insane for his actual level, he is full of promises, very young and mature for his age but i dont like speculations on players i would rather go and sign a finished product, with his wages and price tag he will be an absolute started ( obligation ), and if adaptation makes time, Barça could be denied some silverwares in the future since competition in Europe and Spain are on its highest level ever...

But pogba currently is better than xavi and sergi roberto and rafinha. Him and kovacic and rakitic in midfield would b deadly.
