Im back after being away from the forum for a couple years.

Im starting my career as a content creator on YouTube and would love for any feedback on my first video, don't be shy to criticize.

Great video! Those not from the US, and some in the states, might not pay attention to sports business. Boehly owns the LA Dodgers, the LA Lakers & Sparks, and an Esports group. He and his advisors are used to playing with contract terms as you see baseball players with very long-termed contracts. The trick is spacing it out and providing the right performance incentives to get a player to sign. You see that acumen in Chelsea's contracts and spending.

You also see, and the US is well known to try and buy titles, the spree to get as much talent as they can. This pulls that talent off the board and potentially, depending on their performances, increases their value in the market. A new window opens and say the player wants out or the team needs to make adjustments, the price tag is higher so Chelsea win that game.

I would not consider myself business intelligent, so this is all from what I have seen while living in the US and being a big sports fan. Sport owners here truly see the team as numbers and work those numbers to fit their business goals. If that means a big player needs to get sold, they dont care.

Now, I love that Chelsea are investing more long term, as if these players really develop into top quality, and they can keep the contracts manageable on the books, you have a team that will be able to challenge on all fronts. This season is showing to be one of the most grueling, fixture wise, and teams with depth tend to do well in all competitions.
