Nice work. You must have spent a lot of time on this.
@Emre
Not that long, actually. Took me less than one hour, but I'll add more tomorrow. Gonna have to do it after I watch the Ashes though. Day 2 coming up for those that follow cricket.
Joe Root batted sublimely
Yes he most certainly did. Unfortunate for Haddin to drop him while he was still at 0. Eager to see how Steve Smith responds to Root's century. I'm expecting a solid innings from Smith.
Nice work, the goals + assists score would be also interesting.
Assists is harder because I can't seem to find that information directly. I can only get number of assists, not which match to which player for which goal.
This is somewhat I expected.
Would be awesome to have assists too.
Great work, again.
Fantastic work and bunch of useful info. +1

The scoreline of the game before the player's goal is take into account.
Team was winning: 3 points
Team was drawn: 5 points
Team was losing: 10 points
Game drawing goal: +3 points
Game winning goal: +5 points
Game-drawing and game-winning goals only count if team was losing/drawing at one stage in the game and the final result was a draw/win as a result of the player's goal (therefore the game-drawing/game-winning goals only apply to matches with a 1 goal margin or a draw). E.g. if team was winning 2-0, then opponent scores 1 goal to make it 2-1, but Ronaldo scores a final goal to make it 3-1, his final goal does not count as a game winner because his team would've already been in the lead.
Game-drawing/game-winning goals also don't apply if the goal was scored before opposition's goal (e.g. Ronaldo scored first against Villareal in the 1-1 draw, but since opposition goal came after his goal does not count as a game-drawing goal).
