How do you correctly change your picture?

since they implemented the picture for the users Ive never know what is wrong with it... It take me a day or two to change it...

Yours is black... give it some time and it'll be fine again.

It was black for me earlier too but now I see it as a Barcelona crest. Beautiful picture :)
