Koln is 70min away from dortmund but they managed to get the trophy to koln very quickly after the dortmund game finished. How is that possible?

How is it possible to get the trophy to the winning team on the final day so quickly when the winner is Unknown until the final whistle?

My guess would be they either transport it by air or there a multiple 'fake' trophy used for celebration and the real one come later on. Just wild guess on top of my head.
