I'm not sure how Hiddink's comments relate to the agenda you're giving him.
Seems just like he's saying Chelsea's a bit short on depth, which makes sense given they sold a bunch of people and still send about 10-20 people out on loan.

I never understood how Emanelo managed to influence Roman more than Jose. He is a snake I despise him.
I have also never understood why are we keeping this incompetent human being . SNAKE is written all over his face . During his last interview i was nearly going nuts that this snake is working for Chelsea .
Organization of the club and board needs to be refreshen and find new approaches in the way they deal with transfer market , academy and managers . Fans have no voice in this or have more insight on what is going in the club . We are supporters and in a way we are shareholders . They have to count our voice and be more transparent with us . No fans no club !
Now Hiddink sits there and realizes that sht won't change unless everyone else changes . Not changing one man but changing everyone else . this is a club , a team and everyone should be responsible not just one man in charge.
Emenalo has been at the club since 2007, and how many world class talents have your team signed since then? Quite a few I would say. It is well documented that the team tried to sign Stones last summer as well as Rooney a couple of summers before that, but to no avail. This is not the fault of the sporting director, but rather that Chelsea can't have everything that they want. United has been used to getting denied several transfers in the last decade. It is not an excuse to use when your team finds itself in the relegation zone after 15 games ffs. It is also documented that Emenalo personally asked for termination in 2013 like you mentioned, which was denied by Abramovic. In the long run, that was a great decision because under Mourinho's second spell Chelsea managed to win a few trophies.
If we actually get Pellegrino, I'm done.

Not sure what you intend to say with this statement? We are talking about the failings in the summer transfer window, right after Chelsea won the league. I'm sure there were a lot of players who were willing to sign for the Champions of England, but our board decided to lean back and not improve the most fragile areas of our squad. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with some of our signings (Baba, Kenedy), but those are rather players for the future who were basically condemned to sit on the bench because of Mourinho's "non-youth policy" and I'm sure the board was aware of that. In contrast to the vast majority of Chelsea fans, I also like Pedro, but he was more of a panic buy after we've already fvcked up our start to the season. Begovic, I like too, but as you've figured out yourself, none of the mentioned players is a real game changer. Everyone other was either a player who'll join the loan army and will never play for Chelsea Football Club or an useless striker past his prime.
Regarding the winter transfer market, you're absolutely right. No top players in their right minds would sign for Chelsea at this moment in time. However, we've signed a player that a) hasn't played a game since two months, b) has attitude issues, and c) will need 4 or 5 more weeks to be matchfit (according to Hiddink), even though we've signed him on a 6 month loan deal. Can you believe that? I can't even describe how stupid this is, it's absolutely baffling. Of course, not everything can be blamed solely on Emenalo, there are obviously a lot of others involved with how many things are going wrong at CFC at the moment (Mourinho as well, whether other Chelsea fans like it or not), but he's a major culprit for why we won't be able to sign any top players in the summer transfer window (and perhaps even for many more years to come)

nooooooooooo not pellegrini pleaseeeeeeeeeee!!!! i hope guus hiddink stays!
If you not a chelsea fan and here to troll/or joke around please exit and scroll further for other threads .
Hiddink just realized how fcked up things are in this club . He is having completely different experience from his first spell . I am sure he realized how our staff and ESPECIALLY ! Let me highlight again ESPECIALLY OUR SPORTING DIRECTOR EMENALO are piece of sht who blamed the captain for sinking ship yet they had just as much authority and influence even more like in transfer area ! We did not do anything in summer transfer window . We should have signed at least one big name , not some outcasts .
WHEN MOURINHO Came he specifically was requesting to get full control of the transfers but even second time he did not get it because B*TCH Emenalo , little rat of Roman and his play toy b8th sn8th , threatened to leave if Mourinho takes full control of transfers. We sold Peter Cech to our FCKING RIVAL CLUB !!! That is just shambles !!! Sell him to anyone but not to our Rivals ! Better yet . Keep him ! Let him compete with Courtois further !
Some will say he look we started to play better after Jose left . Yeah by a tiny bit because because our little rats were threatened by Abramovich himself . Everytime we had revolt Roman would come down to dressing room and basically would tell them they will be hanged from the bridge if sht does not change soon .
YOu may think here i am again can't get over my favorite manager . Skip that and think further . I am pissed that after 12 years we still have not build a big club mentality !! Where everyone takes responsibility and backs their manager !
