Welp, since nobody seem to find who it is, I'll share it with you. It was Arthur Masuaku from West Ham. He was born in France but represent Congo at a national level, played for Valencienne, Olympiacos and now West Ham. As for the spitting incident, it was in early 2018 against Wigan Athletic player Nick Powell.
