Stephen Warnock
@NovaRuk Damn, that actually a very good guess, sadly, not the player I'm thinking of. Still a very good try. ;)
Gareth Southgate?
@Eden17Hazard17 Good try but no, not the player I'm thinking of. I don't really think he is still the record sell of any club.
Rio Ferdinand or Jamie Carragher
@Amir You know, when I say he didn't play a lot for the national team, I wasn't actually talking about his brother. :P So that rule out Ferdinand. As for Carragher, he alway played for Liverpool, no way he could be any club top sell. So no, none of those two.
was he a united Player ? :)
@Tiki I'm pretty sure he wasn't a Manchester United player at least. :D He might have played for a team with United in its name however. ;)
Come on guys, I gave you so much hint as well. I know you can find him! :D
lard Farquaad?
@Golefty No. :(
No. :(
10 days and you guys haven't managed to find him?
Okay then, here is another hint then: He started his pro career at a team which is currently in the four highest team in the PL table atm and the last team he played for is currently in the last 10 team in the Championship.
Ugh, fine, he started his career at City, ended it at Sheffield Wednesday. The final he won 3-1 with his team was a league cup final.

Earl Barrett!
I was never gonna get that lol
@amir Congrats! Here is you reward:
This english defender remain one of his former club record sell to this day. He started his career in the 80 and played over 400 games in England. He also had different nickname who were tied to his name. He is another player who was plagued by injury especially in his later career. One of his greatest success came in a tournament where his team won 3-1 against one of the favorite and where he played the full 90 min. He has a brother who was a player at another sport and he barely ever played for his national team.
