Ancelotti RM will be more dominating than Mourinho one in Spain, Mou Real Madrid as more adapted for France or England.
I love watching this type of passing. Many say this is boring but it really isn't. I love when Madrid does this type of passing in their counter attacks, it is so deadly.
@tdot: Well, one thing is that this isn't, really, tiki-taka.
Tiki-taka is more about patience and positioning, performing lots of small, precise passes to one another, while the entire team generally moves around to offer constant options. The famous triangles, etc etc. The idea is generally to draw the other team out of their own defensive shape so that you can exploit it, and keep hold of the ball so that the other team gets tired and frustrated, and give you the opening to you need to cut them open. If it takes 20 minutes of gentle probing, then so be it, because the end goal is to force your opponent to lose their discipline as they come and try the get the ball off of you.
By contrast, this is mainly (albeit VERY good) counter-attacking passing. There's an emphasis on speed and aggression to the passing which is not typical of the tiki-taka style perfected by Guardiola's Barcelona.
When (some) people talk about how boring they find the slow passing game, this type of football shown by Madrid is not what they're talking about. Generally they're talking about the slower, possession-based, patient and positional play I described earlier.
As a side-note, it's also what defensively disciplined teams (such as Chelsea) found as their counter-tactic to Barcelona's tiki-taka. When your defense holds its shape, and is not taunted into being reckless, the slow, patient style becomes far less effective.
U mad Barcelona fans? :)
Real Madrid and tiki taka?
Nooo.
dat goal against ajax , unforgettable !
Yes!! This is Carlo's tactics. That is something Mou cant do with RM but Carlo can. Im glad how we are atm. Carlo is changing the formation , we are using many talents from our own academy.
