@Emobot7 I think that's the only way to carry out this rule. Otherwise, golden goal after 90 will not change things much. I'd rather have penalties than the first goal after 90 thing.
Because if there is no penalties, teams won't stop or they won't play the bus at between 90-120 since they already know the game will not be over if they do.
Like I said golden goal could be good if a substitution after 90 and 2 or 3 more after 120 is also allowed.
@Emrecan Ok then. I guess that make, having more substitution would help limit the fatigue and would make it possible for even more player to get playing time. So that would be great in my book. ;)
