Gedion Zelalem, Aaron Ramsey, and Santi Cazorla

have all signed new contracts with Arsenal. I'm very excited these three players have committed themselves to Arsenal, especially Gedion.

Only 17 years of age, Zelalem shows promise in the midfield.

He has represented Germany at youth level (he is German-born) and has also trained with the United States, but has never played an official match with the US because he is only a permanent resident and not a citizen, not just yet anyway, but he considers himself an American, having moved to Washington D.C. at an early age from Germany. I personally believe that representing the US would be great for him and the the national team. There's more room for him in the USMNT, a guaranteed spot if you will, as opposed to the German side where competition in the midfield is very stiff. I hope he opts to represent the US.

Anyhow, that's Gedion for anyone who doesn't know who he is.

I'm mostly excited about ramsey coming back. Zelalem is a great prospect no one can deny it, but the fact that all our important players except for sagna are tied down by long term contracts right now means we are no longer the selling club we were last couple of seasons. I'm glad wenger and the board learnt from their mistakes.

@SoccerBoss, he is a permanent resident. His father is in the process of being a naturalized citizen.

@KingHenry, most definitely glad about that too.

Just be sure to hold on to Zelalem with ultra glue, and don't repeat United's mistake of letting Pogba go. Hehe

@Heisinburg, I'll do everything in my power to keep him a gunner.
