it was a friendly match called " Partido por la ilusion 2012 " which propably means Party For Illusion 2012 ( according to google's translate :D ) . it was held on 23rd of December and it's an annual event in RM
alot of RM's Legends participated in this match such as Morientes , Guti , De La Red , Casillas , ...etc

it's so funny especially that penalty kick scored against casillas by a magician !! :D
