From what I've heard, Mourinho wants to join on two conditions.

1. He is given more power than last time.

2. Frank Lampard's contract is renewed.

I want him to leave like this. It's just a great way to step away from the club and begin his road to retirement in the MLS. Just like how Drogba left us with his last kick in Blue :) It's destiny.

^^ I would understand that you want him to leave if he was playing bad, but his playing very good and his making a difference so why would you want him leave? (Btw I have to say that i don't watch Chelsea games but I hear that his playing good, beside the fact that he scored some good goals make me think that his playing good)

I think he wants to stay to have one last crack at the World Cup squad.
