It was pepper spray that turned into a fireball once it made contact with the flare. That picture looks insane but the fan is alright apparently.
Ok so this "fan" was set on fire during a match in Poland. The thing is he was set on fire by the security guard because of bad behaviour... Nothing much to say, just watch for yourselves
Seems like the bengal caused the ignition, what the guard sprayed at him was some chemical which reacted with the bengal setting the guy on fire just momentarily.
