What do you guys think will happen with him? He hasn't shown much really to make himself worth buying, which is really sad

If United buy him for the amount set by Monaco then it will be the most ridiculous transfer ever. Torres would no longer be remembered as the biggest flop of all time.

I wouldn't care if United bought him for under 40m because I have faith in him but anything higher than that would be stupid.

Im hoping Falcao scores a very important goal in a decisive match so he can end the season with a little of pride. Just like what Owen did when he used to play for United.

He rushed his recovery too much to try and make the WC. Guy was one of the best strikers in Europe for 4 years. Now a shadow of himself. It is really sad. I hope he returns better and stronger player after all this.

I don't think Falcao fits into the system that LVG is attempting to create. Also he hasn't really done enough to justify his wage or transfer fee yet.
His relation with LVG isn't the best either, so i believe he will go back to monaco at the end of the season and United will either rely on Wilson or make a move for a different style striker.

Falcao has been a flop so far. I hope the club does not buy him. If he is sold for 20-25M, which is unlikely, I don't mind buying him.

I think it would be ridiculous for them to buy him...He's paid tonnes of money, and LVG decides to play him for United's U21 side. That's a ridiculous amount of money for very little in return! Why bother?

He won't be bought by United for sure. Honestly think he'll be sold to Athelitco or some similar team for a far smaller fee.

Personally, I think he is one of the best striker in football world. Unfortunately, like some other members said, he is not fit in Van Gal's system but might be best for some other teams like Atletico Madrid. This made me think back to Diego Forlan. He was not so success at Old Trafford but had different life either at Villarreal FC or Aletico Madrid. So, at this moment, if I could spend big transfer budget and wage for a new striker, it would be worthwhile to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back or sign Harry Kane but not Falcao.
