Thing is Mourinho doesnt promote youth players, only big cash superstars.

^I can't completely disagree with that because I don't have the evidence to back myself up, but I'm sure Mourinho will be looking at the youth system a lot more from now on. He watches some youth games and on loan players every now and then. He also recently started using Tomas Kalas, a Chelsea youth graduate, as a squad rotation player. Hopefully, he develops into our starter.

The player that i am excited for in the Chelsea youth system is Andreas Christensen looks like a strong and solid centre half.

^Definitely one of our top five prospects. He has a bright future ahead of him if he keeps developing like this. Might even become one of Chelsea's best CB ever.
