i notice that i ranked 2 ..but i only got 15 points....... where as there are 50 or more people with 30 points......trying to understand

They're all tied on 30 points, the way you're second because you're tied with a billion other people on second....and so on and so forth. The more results that are incurred, the less ties will be in the system.

That honestly should have been obvious.
