Eriksen's Season So Far

So, I was watching Eriksen in the game versus Swansea, and it occurred to me that while there have been tons of plaudits for the new arrivals to the Premier League this year, Eriken's been quietly excellent for most of the season; generally unobserved.

He started well for us, then just as he hit a groove he was sidelined for a month following an injury in an international friendly. There wasn't a huge fanfare when he returned, so it went a little unnoticed by the media, so I put together a short video with a taster of what our little Dane has been doing, while everyone has been looking elsewhere:

Paulinho is another one I think I'll do one for.

Eriksen has always been a player I liked, even when he was at Ajax. His vision is incredible.

... aside from 3 of his best performances all season taking place while AVB was his manager.

Tricky to resent players like him. Always thought you got a bargain in him with accordance to the price tag of only £11 million, Lod. I'm sure he will play an essential role for Spurs.

@Golden: Here's hoping he's the future, and not just someone we sell on in a year's time. :/ I'd love us to truly build a midfield around him, Paulinho and Sandro.

Spurs have a better squad than Arsenal at the moment, with a decent manager they can really compete. Sherwood is doing fine so far.

Is he 2 footed?

Would have to be, otherwise its quite hard to run with one foot.

Good vision, good dribling, good shot... Very polyvalent.
The best Spurs player of the squad imo, i didnt watched a lot of Spurs games but each time i did he was the best player.
I cant say that Tottenham has better team than Arsenal, i think they have same strengh but this year, Spurs had to adapt to each other. Arsenal was playing very well since the end of the last season.
We dont know yet what happened to the squad with AVB, maybe we will know it at the end of the season.
Good revenge for Adebayor, he was inexistant even in Spurs group picture, i wonder why AVB refused to give him a final chance...
Im starting to like this Levy, he did what the situaton needed at the right time and saved the team from a disastrous season.
Its a pitty United couldnt do the same.

If there must be a boss in the midlfied of play, it must be him. He is Young but he can orientate the ball and the game in any way... Great player.

@Fred: LOL.

But yes, Zak, he's very two-footed.

Here's the one for Paulinho!

I can't wait until he fully clicks, and forms a midfield around himself and Eriksen.
