This year have seen top class managers clash in one league each one has his own philosophy. Which manager's philosophy & Tactics stands the most?

It has to be Conte.

Conte has been amazing, he has been at chelsea for a few months and has already cleaned up the mess that mourinho left behind, guardiola would be my second choice.

It absolutely has to be Conte - what a legend!
The field is extremely tight though, as every single one of those managers are exceptional talents.

Do we count only this season? If yes then it's Conte miles ahead.
But with all the TOTS/TOTY I would maybe change the question, if it was for the whole year I would still say Ranieri.

Conte no doubt. Only one close is Klopp, but Conte made magic.

What do you like your manager to be like? Ever since we got Conte everything changed for me. We've been with so many managers with different characters, but Conte is different and Klopp is in the same category. I find myself giving up on everything for a passionate manager whether it's a win or lose. If you win you win with passion and if you lose you lose with pride. This is how we should continue.

I know quite a few fan who would kill to have a manager as good as Conte. He is just so good and his attitude is perfect, you just cannot hate that guy. ;)

I prefer tactical. Choosing the right tactics and leaving behind pride and arrogance as long as it grabs a win.

The passion of Conte, the tactics of Mourinho, the consistency of Wenger, the charisma of Ranieri and Zidane's leadership. That would be something to watch.

Conte and Ranieri hats off by me. Ranieri for last season and Conte for this.

Come on Alex , this is just too obvious . Ofcourse most in form manager will be the winner . If Wenger was on 12 games streak , i would have picked him

Conte has alot of passion, he is a master tactician and is also very humble.
Conte -the perfect one.

Definitely Conte so far, but I want to see how Guardiola does for the rest of the season. I have a feeling he might pick City up from the hole that they're in right now.
