I think it should be 4-4-2 with Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane

GK: Hart
LB: Why does Baines not play for the national team?
CB: Smalling
CB: Cahill or Morgan, just because of how poor Cahill has been this season
RB: Clyne
LM: Sterling (terrible season, but always brings buzz to the national team)
CM: Alli or Barkley, and Noble
RM: Milner or something
ST: Two of Rooney, Vardy, Kane, Sturridge

A few notes:

England's midfield always has godawful defensive balance, and with Terry and Rio not around to bail that out, I'd say having Noble either as a CDM or as a true CM that stays put is a must. Sterling's pace and ability has always served him well when he plays for England, and I don't think that's changed despite his horrid season. I'm not sold on Gary Cahill, and I think that Wes Morgan may be the better option alongside Smalling. I get that Danny Rose is decent, but Baines is better. Even pulling up someone like Ryan Bertrand might be preferable to Rose. Milner needs to be in for workrate alone. The four strikers I mentioned all have strengths and weaknesses, and the formation that is played will I think determine who starts. While I'd love to see Vardy start, I doubt he will, he seems primed for an impact sub role. Hart is still better than Butland for now.

This team is good enough to win the Euros. But, since it is England, I'm sure they'll screw it up somehow.

Hart

Clyne - Smalling - Jagielka - Rose (Walker - Smalling - Stones - Clyne)

Millner - Henderson - Alli

Barkley

Kane - Rooney

I'd rather have Barkley starting and Vardy as a super sub.

Clyne played well as a LB so that is a possibility. I also like Rose but Baines and Clyne can do a good job there while Walker is strong on the oposite side.

In the CB we have Smalling but his partner is what Im undecided for. Stones, Cahil and Jagielka seem pretty decent and could take that spot.

England has a ton of firepower and I just cant see Barkley or Rooney out of the starting XI. With Kane being the main striker and having Rooney next to or behind him. Barkley is a great player but can hardly play out of his position so a predictable sub could be him for Vardy placing Rooney as a mid.

I can see this team reaching final stages in the Euros. Cant wait.

Damn, I forgot about Henderson...I do think Noble is better, but Henderson has national team experience...in that case most managers would pick Henderson I guess.

@Sun Wich Morgan were you talking about as CB instead of Cahill, just asking because I wanted to make sure we were not talking about Wes Morgan.

Edit: Oh, forget that, I didn't see that JuanMata10 reminded Sun about Wes Morgan playing for Jamaican.
