Arsenal youngster Thomas Eisfeld has joined Fulham on a 2 year deal. I had high hopes for this kid but honestly at age 21 he should have been on the first team sheet by now. There was no way he would get through the ranks of Ramsey, Wilshere, Ozil, Rosicky or Cazorla. Hopefully he'll make Wenger regret this sale. Good luck Thomas.

Yeah it had become clear last summer that it was over for him. He was playing with teams younger than him, and even then he was not very impressive. I am more hopeful about Zelalem, Crowley, Akpom, Olsson. They have a better chance of making it. Akpom especially has really impressed me this past season, he showed glimpses of the talent and ruthlessness the best strikers have. Like for this goal which reminded me when I saw it live of the Henry goal against Zanetti in 2003 :

Gnabry has already one foot in our first team, I think Akpom will be next.

Good luck to him. He's a good player just couldn't make it into an even better team.
