Borussia Dortmund confirmed the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Saint-Etienne for an undisclosed transfer fee. Aubameyang was Ligue 1's second-highest scorer last season, behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, with 19 goals and 14 assists.

Dortmund made a smart move. Another brilliant signing by Klopp. Aubameyang is a great replacement for Lewandowski, who I expect Dortmund will sell to Bayern this summer or winter, so they can get as much money out of it as possible.

Klopp said they'll release Lewandowski for free next summer, because he was a cheap signing

WOW, risky destination for Aubame, surprising thought he will go to Marseille or Lyon, or Arsenal as every talented youth of la ligue 1, hope they will give him enough time, he is very talented.
In France we have the classico : Marseille vs PSG
the olympico : OL (olympique lyonnai) vs OM ( Olympique marseille)
but now we will have the Ca$hico : PSG (quatar gaz) vs As Monaco(Russian oil gaz weapons)
So, im waiting to see la ligue 1 2.0 next year, how big clubs will adapt to their lower status :)

And they signed Aubameyang for an undisclosed fee. They're not making his price tag public yet.

I think it's a good purchase. Even St. Ettiene released a statement that they were happy he had left to a "proper club".
I presume he was relatively inexpensive. If it doesn't work out... it doesn't work out. But if it does, his value will sky-rocket.
