@ramaboy
Drogba makes a lot of donations for charitable purposes and is a kind man, Ibra is not.
^ Yes.. so? Doesn't make him better at football! If I dontate £50,000 to charity, will I become better at football?
@nesten
we're not talking about being charitable.
this is purely skill....
@man_utd agree on your Zlatan point of adapting to any style and also having a consistent scoring record
@Ramaboy If you had read my previous comment you would have seen that I made a part about the skills and a part about the human part, which is important for me. As the title says Didier Drogba VS Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and does not specify it was only about skills, I think I can give my opinion about this point. I know you like to overreact for no reason, but sometime you should try to be a bit more kind, you'll see it's cool as well.
^ 'i think that Zlatan is better because he has everything, skills, style, strength, finishing.'
I think that means who is better at football. Should have just kept to your previous comment.
And also, I don't like to overeact, I just like to get my point across. Some people *huh hum* normally don't listen.
Oh, and BTW, what is cool as well? I don't follow
^ And I don't now who should be considered as the best on the pitch between both, and I think Drogba is a better man than Ibra, WHAT'S BAD ABOUT GIVING MY OPINION ABOUT THAT ? Do I said somewhere that Drogba is a better footballer because he's a better man ? NO
So please...
its pointless to say who is a better man off pitch, because you don't know what they are doing, you never know, Zlatan might be doing as much as Drogba, but perhaps doesn't want to show everything to the media, so thats why i think it is pointless, don't get me wrong, Drogba is indeed doing the right thing, and i dont know what Ibra does, so thats why it is pointless to talk about the players off the pitch when comparing them
^^ Erm.... well.... it's kinda hard for anything Zlatan to do quietly to match Drogba's deed of building hospitals in his native Cote d'Ivoire, a third-world country. I don't think Zlatan can really do anything "quietly" and hope to achieve the same public status Drogba has. Drogba is more loyal, kind, funny, caring, and really hard-working. His donations, humor, and work rate off the pitch has made him into a national hero (not to mention how he managed to temporarily stop an ongoing civil war in his country).
But, your title does say "Drogba VS Zlatan", and there are no limitations that you had proceeded to write concerning whether we can compare them as a man or as a player or not, so I think it's justifiable if we compare them as both.
So, as a man, certainly Drogba > Zlatan.
As a player, Zlatan > Drogba.
In fact, Ibrahimovic himself says that he gives nothing.
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/soccer-dirty-tackle/future-news-zlatan-ibrahimovic-announces-donating-entire-salary-065816514--sow.html
and on the other side, and here it's just an example because he did way more than just this hospital...
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1227047/EXCLUSIVE-Chelsea-striker-Didier-Drogba-pledges-3m-build-hospital-Ivory-Coast-homeland.html
Now you can understand why I prefer Drogba to Ibrahimovic, It's not only because of Chelsea, or because of who's better on the pitch, it's a whole lot of things that makes I give more respect to one and not to another.
And sorry if I'm off topic speaking about that and not only about skills, I didn't know this post was only about skills.
@Dynastian > amen.
yea thats why i said its pointless to compare them off the pitch, but when i made this post i meant on the pitch, i already know that Drogba does all that and is an amazing person
Ibrahimovic showed pure magic today. A hat-trick for his national team. One of the most refreshing things about watching Ibra play is that he never fails to impress for Sweden.
man_utd: "I guess I have to elaborate more on my opinion. I'm no great follower of Drogba or Ibrahimovic. I'm not exactly their #1 fan but I do watch clips about them and Ibrahimovic is pure magic. He can do things that Drogba simply can't. Of course all Chelsea fans will say Drogba is better. He's a Chelsea hero so you can't help but let Chelsea fans be biased."
This basically sums up why every Chelsea fan picks Drogba here (including mine). We can't help it.
I understand. Just adding to the list of things as to why I think Ibrahimovic is not only better Drogba, but one of the best. But of course, Drogba is still a great player.
@nesten , Technically you did.
I wrote 'Easily Zlatan'.
You replied BACK to me 'Drogba makes a lot of donations for charitable purposes and is a kind man, Ibra is not.
Why else would you write that? Hmmm? You were inferring that Drogba wasa better player.
^ Hey boy, my answer was not adressed to your "easily Zlatan", but to your "wtf", and you should really try to read correctly because I've never wrote that Drogba is a better player for doing that.
Drogba is legend. Drogba > Zlatan
Drogba > Zlatan Drogba is legend.
Drogba > Zlatan Drogba is legend.
Which one do you think is better?
i think that Zlatan is better because he has everything, skills, style, strength, finishing.
i wanted your guys opinion on this, try not to be biased (Chelsea Fans...)
