At first I was like it's a 100% goal, but that was a good call by the linesman. The ball went out of the pitch before Torres receives it. Therefore it's a goal kick. (Min 0:24)

At 0:23 You can just about it see it goes out. Great curl, but unfortunately a goal kick.

Valid goal imo, the rule is that the whole ball should go out, and since the trajectory wasnt that curvy, its quite impossible that it went all out and then all in.
Anyway im not wooried, Atleti can still make it despite the dificult rival, really impressed by Leverkusen.
