Who can say no to him?
"Who can say no to him?"
LOL that is a bit true. But at the same time, he did hire him and not reject him straight away.
It was coming
Not surprising for me...
Most of us expected him to be sacked by the winter transfer window, but nobody expected him to be sacked after 5 games only.
It was bound to happen! :P
rdm pls come back
It's unfair for me. When you start your season that bad, the president should give a second chance, a new manager that fast is not that good for the club.
^Rumors are, the Sunderland players themselves wanted him gone. So I think it was for the best despite a short time with the team in this new season.
^Right, but players have no right to ask him go. But according to this video, he hasn't a great behavior.
I'm not so sure about that. If the players aren't behind a manager's authority and want him out then the board must accept. They're not going to remove almost every player they have just for one manager opposed by his own players AND the fans.
He brought in almost an entirely new starting eleven, he should've been given more time to get them to play well together. But can't say I surprised
So, Sunderland have listened to their fans, and sacked Paulo di Canio.
A large part of me just wants to say: LOL.
In case anyone missed it, here is the footage of him facing off with the Sunderland fans, right after their loss to West Bromich Albion at the weekend:
Who will replace him??
