They didnt refuse Villa!
Tottenham offered 9M but Barcelona rejected because Villa told them that he wanted to stay in Spain because it would be the best for his family.
Villa admitted it and Thanked Barcelona.

Ok, it seems more logical cause even 10m are not enough considering how much Soldado and Higuain went, ok they are younger but come on Villa could worth 15M.
