Miss You So Much El Guaje..
I Am sure If we had him this season we would have be the champions
Tello and Cuenca can not replace Him!
maybe there's chance for Torres.
@quikzyyy in my opinion this year Torres does not deserve to play..
Soldado,llorente had awesome seasons both..
It would be unfair for them.....
Torres is one of my favourite strikers..
But this year was bad..
Spain wont be the same without him... he is one of the reasons for their recent success... Get better David Villa
Shit Spain's striker options are wearing down.
Spain top goal scorer... get ready next season David Villa
i think this year soldado will take his place..
Soldado or Negredo
They've still got Fernando Llorente i reckon he will be a major help in the euro 2012
Missing your top striker at an international tournament is a big miss, but Spain aren't the only ones with issues in their team. I think this squad still has a great number of players who can play upfront.
Sad for Villa. Surely he'll be on the sidelines cheering for his comrades.
We are not short of capable wingers however. Juan Mata, Santi Cazorla, Iker Muniain, Pedro Rodriguez, Jesus Navas, and Thiago can all play as wingers and/or attacking midfielders.
Very Curious and anxious to see our squad.
AGUANTE LA FURIA ROJA
sad... puyol and villa 2 spanish legends! Anyway, time 4 llorente 2 shine!
Too bad for him, but Spain has plenty of strikers so it's ok.
He isn't that good anyway, stop overrating him
@Headline : Did you know that he scored most of Spain's goals during the FIFA World Cup?
The striker communicated his decision to the Spanish Football Federation and FC Barcelona that he will not be able to participate in the 2012 EURO championship.
David Villa has been ruled out of the Spain’s national team for the upcoming 2012 EURO Championship. Spain manager Vicente del Bosque will make his 23-man squad public on Sunday, May 27. Villa communicated his decision to the Spanish Football Federation and FC Barcelona this Tuesday.
After not showing sufficient progress in his recovery in the last few training sessions, David Villa told Del Bosque that despite wanting to be part of Spain’s team in Poland and Ukraine, that he is not in optimal physical condition to play in a competition like the EURO.
It’s worth nothing that Villa fractured his left tibia on December 15th in the Club World Cup semi-finals against Al Sadd. Doctors Cugat and Pruna performed corrective surgery on the player soon there after.
