Cristiano Ronaldo is now the most popular figure in the world on Facebook. The Portuguese superstar has surpassed singer Shakira to take the number one spot. Ronaldo now has more than 107million likes and as it stands is around 5,000 clear of the Hips Don’t Lie songstress.

@Croatiafan, xD. More fans than any football team in the world and anything else in the world (except Facebook themselves ;) I feel proud to be a football supporter and have such an enormous figure like Ronaldo to front the sport.

@Tianjin I know his body gestures that match were bad, but ppl saying he didn't celebrate were hypocrites, first for the two goals he went to bale to celebrate but he didn't went running, at least he celebrated. Sergio ramos said "it's hard being ronaldo" well of course aside of all the other players he is the person who gets hate for no reason, I respect ronaldo for only playing for Madrid and getting all the boos, he must feel a lot of pressure.
