Vardy was probably a reaction to Rojo. Imagine you're Pawson and you get a few days worth of crap from everyone for not sending off Rojo. Then in your next game you see a two-footed tackle. Do the math.

@Sunflash Indeed, you try to correct yourselve, then people start saying your taking side. Truly a shame but it does make sense. :(
So Craig Pawson is the infamous referee who unreasonably sent off PL hero Vardy early on in the Stoke match which arguably cost them 2 points.
However, he wouldn't send off Man United's Marcos Rojo in a match just a few days earlier after Rojo did two-footed, studs showing challenge. Rojo had also done a similar foul the week before and got away with it, so was surely well overdue a red card. If Rojo had gone off United may have struggled to get the win and all three points.
Howard Webb even said Pawson should not be allowed to ref the Man City and Liverpool match.
So - is Craig Pawson a woeful referee who should be given red and a three match ban or just an unlucky guy who sent off one our heroes?
Personally i think even bad refs should at very least be consistent - if he sent off Vardy he DEFINITELY should have sent off Rojo.
