Valencia almost guaranteed to be in the final. They are such a good team now. But Sevilla are fantastic too.

This draw is unlucky for the big 3 teams. I don't think we can beat Atletico in a two-legged tie, but I'm sure Barcelona can. I predict a Barca-Sevilla/Valencia final, with Barca winning by a one-goal margin.

We are going to have a final both in 1/8 and in 1/4... I hope Sevilla ends up beating Valencia in probably the best game of the cup and then goes to face one of the big 3 in the actual final.

I dont know why but i think its intentional from the Spanish federation, if the top 3 can meet before March, it would make two less dificult games to play for this crucial period of the year, considering they could probably meet in CL too.
Its not that bad anyway, specially for Barça because they are granted to avoid one of the Madrid teams at least.

Spanish federation is clever, the copa is over two legs and Copa finalist are regularly still involved in CL final stages.
So they will free at least 2 of the 3 CL contenders in quarters, that means that after quarters only 1 of the 3 Spanish clubs would still be involved in the competition.
Smart move.

I think it was luck (I believe that's why they're called 'draws'). But yes, this helps both our teams in the Champions League knockout stages, as well as Atletico.

Quarters :

Esapgnol Barcelona - FC Sevilla.
Malaga - Athletic Bilbao.
Villareal - Getafe.
Atletico Madrid - FC Barcelona.

If Barca pass Atletico, which is deadly hard, they could win easily. No team that can compare with Barca right now in quarters amongst Atletico.
