Barcelona and Real Madrid reached an agreement. Mestalla will be hosting the match.
The 2014 Copa del Rey Final between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will be played in Mestalla on Wednesday April 16th. Both clubs agreed that date in order to have some more time to prepare for the potential Champions League Semifinals. Mestalla brings good memories to Real Madrid fans. In that stadium, Cristiano Ronaldo scored thegame-winner against Guardiola's Barcelona to raise the 2011 Copa del Reytitle under José Mourinho. They will certainly try to do the same this year. Apparently, the tickets' price will not be increased and both clubs will have 20,000 tickets at their disposal. Expect yet another great atmosphere.
