Zouma's biggest weakness is with the ball at his feet (passing, playing out of the back), so I can see why Conte wouldn't automatically put him into the starting XI but to suggest he would outright sell him does seem quite unrealistic. Zouma's got so so much potential, he's only 21 and can obviously improve in that aspect. Also, it would be tasteless to sell him while he's injured.
