its not fair but if you put money out like you have then you would expect to put a good side against each team that you face, and if you want to be champions then this is the stuff that you have to put up with.

While I agree with @DrunkenMonkey, I think Mourinho should still field some youth players and rarely used players, because it's more than unlikely that we'll win the BPL title this year. I'd go with this line-up:

also Arsenal had to play like 7 games in two weeks which included Bayern Munich, Liverpool, United(i think), and i think it was City

The fixture issues with Arsenal and other clubs before are different. At that time, they still had time to recover and many other teams were facing the same situation. This time, it's us but it's happening near the end of the season where everything is on the line. Our chances of winning the EPL is pretty bad now, even if we beat Liverpool. On the other hand, if we place all our focus and best players on the Champions League we could win 60m euros, or 40m euros if we just make it to the final. It's not rocket science. Any team with a decent yet fragile squad like Chelsea's would save their best for the bigger competition. We can just try to go for the EPL again next season. Going for the CL though is easier said than done.
We also have every right to place whatever line-up we want. This isn't a dictatorship. This also doesn't affect any other team because Liverpool are right at the top and will stay there for the rest of the season imo. In fact, I'd say City and Arsenal are being given an advantage like this so why are some of them complaining?

@V I don't think, that Arsenal/Norwich got any time to recover. I agree with that you can put any line-up as you want. I agree too with the thing to rest players, it's logical. But, don't think that there is a reason, to call this "unfair".
About the Arsenal advantage I don't know, where/when we got an advantage?

Your advantage was that there wan't less than a month left in the season and didn't have to deal with getting a chance in making it to the CL final while juggling the EPL's best team AND injuries all in a short time. You had time to recover. You guys make out February to be the death of your EPL chance. That's bullsh*t. You had more than enough time to recover or at least finish in the top 2 while still winning the FA Cup.

@v by the time it was march our EPL season was already over. "Arsenal got Liverpool, Man. United, Liverpool & Bayern. Then Everton, Bayern, Tottenham, Chelsea & Man. City" from farbyi's comment. And that's the period when we had all our injuries. I can't understand how you can complain about having 3 games in 7 days, when we had 13 games in 2 months. And 9 of these games were against top 4 contenders/bayern munich. And yeah, don't talk about injuries because you got seriously lucky this year :

Injuries don't just come down to luck. Arsenal has consistently had injury problems within their squad over the past 5 years. That's not luck, that's someone or some group not doing their job right over at The Emirates. I get that injuries was one of the problems you had this season (as it always is) but you can't seriously put the blame on injuries. And so what if you've played 13 matches in 2 months? We played just one less than you guys in two months, so we had the same exact issue: no breaks for our players.
And if you guys seriously believe that your season ended between February and March then I've got to say you guys give up easily. Even if you could have never caught up to Liverpool you could have definitely got 2nd and 3rd rather than fight for 4th place for the third season in a row, and this time there is a big chance you wont even make 4th place. Chelsea, City and Everton all dropped points over silly games and you could have taken advantage of that. Instead, you guys dropped more points than those three clubs and ruined your chances of a secure Champions League spot.

The point is that nobody said anything when we got probably one of the hardest schedules possible with massive amount of injuries. You know it's a big difference when you got for example injured 1-2 players for few games, than when 4+ players from starting XI are injured half of the season. Can you imagine playing half of the season without the key players?
