When I upload the photo, it is shown as the default picture but when I go into settings the picture is showing. But it doesn't show when I'm not on settings. Any help?

It's cache. Give it sometimes, clean your cache, it will update eventually

Upload it. Then force quit the browser and reload. Used to work for me a few years back things might have changed since then but try it anyway!!
