We are going to introduce some of the best young footballers of 2020 who have the potential and talent to replace great players like Messi and Ronaldo. Indeed, they have a long way to go, but some of them have already taken long steps forward, and who knows? One day, they might even surpass today's great players.

Nationality is no limit in this concern. The players you are going to get acquainted with below are from across the globe, from Algeria and Guinea to Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Nation doesn't matter! What matters is that some of these players have shown great talents and have set records despite being so young.

Thank you for the post, AlexMD! Ton's of potential on that list and I am confident we will see some of those names on a bigger stage at some point.

Thing is, we over-analyze everyone and compare them to rare talents too quickly. Nothing can ruin a young player quicker than an injury is overhyping them. Unless they have very strong support around them, they WILL lose themselves and fall off, just like 95% of the "future Messi's" do.

The other thing is, almost all of these young players are in two or three club systems. (Real, Barca, and Ajax) It is fair to say, there are other talents outside those great systems, and it's because of those three being so popular that we get these names. Lots to be said about self-promoting.

I hope they all live up to any potential because it would make for a better global game.
