maybe but i looked for different ranks and city derbies and top of the lists don't change, always same derbies on the top.
i understand dynast shocked because of Madrid's derby rank but i find it logic cause clasico means more for Real than the the derby as for barça. i invite dynast to find a corerct list since the sheriff found ranking full of misscalculating, then try to give us something good or show us all the mistakes you found instead of one line of criticizing.

those are good quality football derbies but we can't say it is as important as Cairo derby, or Bueno aires or istambul. those cities burn in the week of the derby. the atmosphere is incredible...

See, I don't think having the 'city burn' is a good indicator of atmosphere. That's not atmosphere, that's just violence, and the threat of violence. If a rivalry is based upon that sort of 'atmosphere', then it's really nothing to do with football in the first place.

This is why the Istanbul derby shouldn't be in there. Sorry, but I say 'Fuck You' to that sort of thing. It's not football.

Football atmosphere should be about songs, and life-long passions for the club, and wanting bragging rights, etc. It should not be to settle a gang war or to prove which political ideology is best.

you are generalizing lodatz,im not tallking about violence don't think all istanbul fans are hooligans cause you will be generalizing and its not true... those cities were just example, the Derby of glasgow is the best derby of great britain, you agree? my point here is that passion in some cities are bigger than others.

Well I guess it all depends on how your definition of "Best" is interpreted by the reader. When I see these kinds of list, I automatically think it means something along the lines of "Which one has the most hate/is scariest to attend". If that is the definition they're using than I would say the Belgrade derby should be in the top 2. But, Tiki doesn't interpret it as that. I guess the best question is, what are the criteria for ranking these?

for example Manchester derby was a sporting chalenge for the first time in 40 years, so the ranking will change next years, same for London (gunners being happier when they win against united than against spurs) and Madrid Derby(first time atletico making derby more exciting), Barça derby for example doesn't matter, no sporting chalenge and no excitement for us if we win or loose, so i think its a deserved position for the derby.
i never said that this ranking is based on hate, in some cities, derby is as important as an election :) you can see nobody on the streets even women are watching, but a lot of passion can cause fanatism...
Some Ultra are just stupid but this minority should not hide all the positive atmosphere that is created.

For this list, we all know it's an approximative one, but Imo it isn't far from reality.
