Craig Bellamy broke a record for amount of sprinting recorded in one game against Manchester City in Carling Cup semi-final. 
The Reds have not revealed exactly how far Bellamy was recorded to have run but it is rumoured that he may have travelled almost 850 metres at high intensity. 

The average for a player to travel in a game is much less at just over 300 metres, Gareth Bale racked up 719 metres as he tore Inter apart at White Hart Lane in 2010. 

Can you imagine 850 meters of sprinting, that's crazy!
