Bayern's €45m offer for Arturo Vidal rejected

The agent of Bayern Munich Coach Jupp Heynckes claims Juventus turned down a €45m offer for Arturo Vidal.

Quique Reyes spoke to Cadena Cope in Spain and insisted there was a firm proposal for the Chilean.

“There was an offer for Vidal worth €45m, but Juventus made it clear they did not want to sell the player.”

This is certainly not the first time that Vidal has been linked with Bayern Munich, but it was not known that the offer had been so high.

Meanwhile, Reyes also declared that Bayern Munich have already agreed terms for both Borussia Dortmund strikers Mario Goetze and Robert Lewandowski.

“The negotiations began a long time ago and concluded after they agreed on a transfer fee. Right now Bayern have a lot of money at their disposal.”

They should have accepted. They could have signed a highly regarded young CDM and a WC striker with that money.
