I rate Vertonghen quite highly, I don't know how he managed to get along with Tottenham's other defenders. Spurs must keep him if or else they're defence is nothing. Vertonghen>Vermaelen.

Is it just me or are Barca undervaluing themselves at the moment. They have signed players like Bravo, Stegen, Mathieu and Vermaelen, but they are the BARCA.

It a big club with a proud history and are looking to improve but those players just aren't Barca quality. They should have gone for Benatia + Hummels in their defence. Suarez was a good signing but Real have added Kroos and James.

It a bit like Career mode. You spend your money buying a lot of players that are okay, then realise you could've bought 1 or 2 big money signings.

I would be surprised if we sign in a CB position, we just need an RB and we are fine, in midlefield we might trust La Masia youth like Sergi Roberto and Rafinha.
Madrid are signing ball holders like James, Modric, Isco and Kroos. They are signing lately the kind of players Barça are used to sign and im scarred because they will be competitive in midlefield thing they werent in Mourinho era, they are ready now to open play us and it will guarantee some outstanding balanced Clasico fights.
