David Moyes has apparently agreed not to sign either Leighton Baines or Marouane Fellaini for Manchester United, it has been revealed.

The Everton boss takes charge of his last game this weekend against Chelsea, and with rumours rife that he will poach Everton’s most talented players this apparent good news will cheer Evertonians no end.

“We’re confident Baines and Fellaini will be with us next season,” a senior Everton source apparently revealed.

“The chairman and manager had very constructive talks last week, and while we couldn’t do anything to prevent David joining United, we have been able to gain an agreement that means nothing will be done to unsettle Leighton and Marouane.

“We need our best players here for whoever takes over the reins. So selling our best assets is not an option.”

He will probably sign Fellanini. When he sees Evra play he will be satisfied (And he is not for sale...)

What's the point of getting Baines and Fellaini, if man united have Evra and Carrick?

That's mighty respectful of him, but Rodgers said the same and then tried to reneg on it so we'l see if he means it.
Moreover, just because United won't buy them doesn't mean they'll stay. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Chelsea went in for Fellaini for example.
